Summary
The British ended their involvement in India during 1947, and it was decided that the country was to be divided. India was meant for the Sikh's and Hindu's while Pakistan was to be home for the Muslims. Jinnah was appointed as the administer of Pakistan and Nehru was meant to be the first Prime Minister of India. Lastly 500,000 people were killed during mass movement of populations.
